Anti-dandruff Herbal Waters

Today, unfortunately, we forgot the benefits that herbs have in treating various health and cosmetic problems.
In this post I will present herbal waters which relieve dandruff effectively.
Burdock root hair water. Ingredients:

  • 40 g burdock root tincture
  • 20 g nettle tincture
  • 40 g witch hazel water
  • 3 drops of rosemary oil

Stir the tinctures and dissolve the rosemary oil in them. Add witch hazel water and pour the result in a dark bottle, then shake well.
Burdock root water needs to be used daily in case of dandruff and for oily or sensitive scalp. Gently massage the scalp with this water, dropping it on the portions. The water has not only refreshing efect but also cleans, regenerates, disinfects and removes excessive secretions of the sebaceous glands.
Nettle hair water. Ingredients:

  • 50 g nettle tincture
  • 20 g burdock rhizome tincture
  • 20 g calendula tincture
  • 100 g witch hazel water
  • 20 drops of rosemary oil

Nettle hair water is ideal for massaging the scalp daily. It has a tonic effect to stimulate blood circulation and cleaning, without degreasing skin too much. We recommend regular use.
Hair herbal water. Ingredients:

  • 20 g birch tincture
  • 10 g arnica montana tincture
  • 10 g burdock root tincture
  • 60 g witch hazel water
  • 5 drops lemon balm oil

Mix all three tinctures and dissolve the lemon balm oil in them. Witch hazel water is then added and the product obtained is poured into a spray bottle.
This preparation contains a broad spectrum of vegetal active substances best for hair and scalp. This herbal water needs to be massaged daily on the scalp, being careful not to drip it into the eyes. This is a regenerative water, ideal for oily hair, dandruff, itching and hair loss. It cleans, disinfects the scalp and stimulates blood irrigation. Regular use will result in a healthy scalp.
